Resignation of Director

Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") announces that
Mr Wolfgang Hampel is stepping down from his role as an Independent
Non-Executive Director of the Company due to personal reasons, with immediate
effect.

The Board extends its thanks and appreciation to Mr Wolfgang Hampel for his
dedication and stewardship over the years and wishes him well with his future
endeavours.

Godfrey Manhambara, Chairman, commented: "The Board thanks Mr Wolfgang Hampel
for his significant contribution to Premier since joining the group in 2013.
During this time, Mr Wolfgang Hampel worked extensively on the Company's West
African assets and, more recently, as a non-executive director played a key
role in the development of both the RHA Tungsten and Zulu Lithium Projects and
the continued advancement of the Company's broader portfolio.

The Board wishes him well for the future".
