Result of Annual General Meeting
Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") is pleased to
announce that the resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's 2025
Annual General Meeting held on 5 June 2025 were all passed.
The resolutions were voted on by way of a poll, and the result of the poll is
shown below:
