Result of General Meeting

Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") announces the
results of the Company's General Meeting ("GM") held on 11 November 2024.

The special resolution was voted on by way of a poll, and the result of the
poll is shown below. The proposed special resolution failed at the GM.

The full text of the special resolution was included in the notice of the
General Meeting of the Company as announced on 4 October 2024.

The Company will shortly provide a further update on the proposed corporate
strategy of the Company following the voting down of the special resolution at
the GM, including a pre-emptive offer of shares to shareholders.
