Result of General Meeting

Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") announces the
results of the Company's General Meeting ("GM") held on 23 December 2024.

The special resolution was voted on by way of a poll, and the result of the
poll is shown below. The proposed special resolution passed at the GM.

The full text of the special resolution was included in the notice of the
General Meeting of the Company as announced on 4 December 2024.
