June 13 (Reuters) - Premium Group Co Ltd  7199.T  :
      
    * Says it plans to set up a joint venture on June 29 located
in
Tokyo, jointly with a Hokkaido-based system development company
named as ucas-service staff
    * Says the new JV will be mainly engaged in system planning
and
development business and capitalized at 20 million yen, while
the company will hold a 67 percent stake in it 
    * JV will start business since July 2
