Results of AGM voting

 

Primary Health Properties PLC (the "Company" or "PHP") announces that at the
Annual General Meeting of the Company held today 29 April 2026, all of the
resolutions, as set out in full in the Notice of Meeting, were duly passed on
a poll by the requisite majority. Any proxy votes which were at the discretion
of the Chair have been included in the "For" total.
