DNEG, the VFX studio behind "Tenet", to go public via nearly $2 bln SPAC deal
Jan 25 (Reuters) - DNEG, the Oscar-winning Hollywood visual effects studio behind Christopher Nolan's "Tenet", said on Tuesday it will list in New York through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company in a deal valuing the combined entity at roughly $1.7 billion.
