Brief: Kopex receives TAURON Wydobycie's notice on repeat of tender offers evaluation

Jan 12 (Reuters) - Kopex SA  KPX.WA : 
    * Due to the decision of the Polish National Appeal Chamber 
(KIO), TAURON Wydobycie cancelled the process of choosing the 
best offer under its tender for mining works within construction 
of "Grzegorz" shaft 
    * Previously, the offer placed by the consortium of the 
company's unit, KOPEX - Przedsiebiorstwo Budowy Szybow SA as, 
and FAMUR PEMUG Sp. z o.o. was chosen by Tauron Wydobycie
