Jan 26 (Reuters) - Kopex SA  KPX.WA : 
    * Sells Kopex Foundry Sp. z o.o. (Kopex Foundry) for 7.0 million zlotys ($1.73 million)to 
Polska Grupa Odlewnicza SA (PGO SA)  PGO.WA  
    * PGO SA committed itself that Kopex Foundry will repay obligations under loan agreements 
concluded with Kopex in a total amount of 10.3 million zlotys together with interest within 
April 30.
