    * 227.9 million zloty ($54.4 million) net offer of its 
unit's consortium for mining construction works chosen in tender 
by Tauron Wydobycie SA 
    * Kopex unit's, KOPEX - Przedsiebiorstwo Budowy Szybow SA, 
share in offer's value is 172.9 million zlotys net  
    * The consortium comprises of KOPEX - Przedsiebiorstwo 
Budowy Szybow SA as leader and FAMUR PEMUG Sp. z o.o.
