March 9 (Reuters) - Kopex SA  KPX.WA : 
    * Its unit (KOPEX-Przedsiebiorstwo Budowy Szybow S.A.) offer in consortium for 227.9 million 
zlotys ($55.85 million) net for works in mine chosen again as most favorable by Tauron Wydobycie 
SA  
    * Remuneration for the unit is 172.9 million zlotys  
    * The consortium consists of KOPEX-Przedsiebiorstwo Budowy Szybow and Famur Pemug Sp. z o.o. 
    * On Jan. 12 Tauron Wydobycie received a notice from Polish National Appeal Chamber on
