Brief: Mostostal Zabrze signs agreement to its deal with Kopex

Jan 30 (Reuters) - Mostostal Zabrze SA  MSZ.WA : 
    * Signs a trilateral agreement with Kopex  KPX.WA  and 
Stal-Systems SA  
    * The agreement regards its previous contract with Kopex 
concerning Jaworzno III - Elektrownia II power plant contract 
    * The value of the deal lowers to 45.8 million zlotys 
($11.27 million) net versus previously agreed about 52.4 million 
zlotys  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN15W04A, as both the size of the order and the unit 
price have changed  
    * Kopex with Stal-Systems form the implementing consortium, 
Mostostal Zabrze to realise now the outstanding tasks for the 
latter
