Brief: TDJ announces tender offer for Kopex shares at 3.63 zloty/shr

Feb 16 (Reuters) - Kopex SA  KPX.WA  
    * TDJ SA (TDJ), the major shareholder of Famur SA  FMF.WA , 
announced on Wednesday a tender offer for Kopex's 127,855 shares 
(representing 0.17 pct of the total number of votes) at 3.63 
zloty ($0.89) per share 
    * TDJ owns, through units, 65.82 pct of the total number of 
votes in Kopex and aims to reach 65.99 pct  
    * Entries in the tender offer will be accepted from March 7 
to March 20
