Brief: Tomasz Domagala buys Partner and acquires indirectly shares in Kopex

Dec 7 (Reuters) - Kopex SA  KPX.WA : 
    * Said on Tuesday that Tomasz Domagala via his unit TDJ 
Equity IV SA (TDJ Equity IV) bought Partner SA and thereby 
acquired indirectly shares of Kopex 
    * After the transaction Tomasz Domogala through his units 
TDJ Equity IV, Galantine Sp. z o.o and Proinwest sp. z o.o. owns 
65.83 pct stake in the company (versus 32.88 pct prior to the 
transaction) 
    * Moreover, TDJ SA, unit affiliated to Tomasz Domagala, 
holds shares of Kopex
