KRAKOW, Jan 3 (Reuters) - Majority shareholder at Polish mining machines maker Kopex KPX.WA rejected local rival Famur's FMF.WA tie-up offer, he said on Friday. "I don't intend to sell or swap the Kopex shares I own," Polish businessman Krzysztof Jedrzejewski, who owns 59.05 percent in Kopex and heads the company's supervisory board, told Reuters.
