** Auto components maker says unit Pritika Engineering Components signed MoU with Spark Grid for supply of solar power for 25 years
** Adds the long-term solar power arrangement is expected to generate savings of about 1.1 billion rupees ($11.52 million) for Pritika Group of Industries over 25 years
** Stock up 29.6% YTD
