** Shares of Privi Speciality Chemicals PIVI.NS slide 11.9% to 2,811 rupees, its lowest level since late October 2025

** Stock set for its worst one-day drop since May 2022

** More than 4.1 million shares change hands across 10 separate block deals

** All deals made at discounts in the range of 9.1%-13.4% to Tuesday's closing price of 3,190.50 rupees

** Multiple media reports on Tuesday said an unnamed shareholder would sell a 6.3% stake of PIVI via block deals

** Overall, 5.6 million shares traded on Wednesday; stock's busiest session on record

** Including day's losses, stock up 60% YTD, set for a third-consecutive year of gains
