Israel-based Ratio Petroleum to acquire Pharos Energy

LONDON, June 24 (Reuters) - Israel-based Ratio Petroleum Energy LP RTPTp.TA said on Wednesday it had reached an agreement with Pharos Energy plc PHARP.L to acquire the London-listed oil company.
Pharos has production assets in Vietnam and Egypt.
