Exercise of Options, Share Awards and PDMR Shareholdings

 

 

The Property Franchise Group Plc (LON:TPFG) the UK's largest multi-brand
property franchisor  announces that options are being exercised by a PDMR in
the Company, with shares being transferred to the PDMR from the Company's
Employee Benefit Trust. These options vested and were exercised pursuant to
the Company's Share Option Schemes issued in 2023 ("2023 Scheme") and
recognise the full achievement of the targets set.

 

The executive who exercised options and to whom a share award has been made
under the 2023 Scheme is as follows:
