** Shares of Prophecy International  PRO.AX  rise as much as
8.9% to A$0.610, their highest level since Nov 9    
    ** The business software developer posts record H1 revenue
of A$11.64 mln ($7.64 mln), up 29% from last year 
    ** Says co's base of annualised recurring revenue rose 21%
to A$24.9 mln, as at 31 Dec 2023 
    ** Co eyes its best day since Dec 29, if gains hold 
    ** Stock down 3.5% YTD, as of last close
