Through its two products, Snare and eMite, it serves the markets of Contact Centre Analytics and Cyber Security. Emite is a contact center analytics solution that combines advanced analytics, data correlation, key performance indicator management and threshold alerting into a single solution. eMite develops advanced real-time analytics and dashboard solutions. Emite provides actionable insights from both real-time and historical data. The Snare suite of security and compliance products range from small footprint, highly effective device and network logging and log-management tools through to advanced information technology (IT) infrastructure threat protection solution. Snare is also an event monitoring and analysis tool designed to address critical auditing and security requirements. It gathers and filters IT-event data for critical security monitoring, analysis, auditing and archiving.
