** Shares of Prospect Resources Ltd  PSC.AX  rise as much as
12.8% to A$0.660, their highest since February 2018
    ** Battery minerals co says it has received seven
non-binding proposals for the advancement of its 87%-owned
Arcadia Lithium project from a range of international parties

off-take prepayment debt funding and outright acquisition of

    ** Adds it is assessing the non-binding proposals to

    ** About 3.6 mln shares change hands, vs the 30-day avg
volume of 2.8 mln
    ** Stock has risen over three times in value this year, as
