hold
    ** Compressed hydrogen projects developer says the American
Bureau of Shipping approved the design of its H2Neo compressed
hydrogen carrier
    ** Says approval allows shipbuilders to provide firm
quotations for the construction of a fleet of H2Neo carriers
    ** Stock hits highest level since Dec 2
    ** Nearly 429,000 shares change hands, vs the 30-day average
volume of 377,000 shares 
    ** Stock down 53.6% this year, as of last close
