Completion of Share Repurchase Programme to neutralise 2025 Scrip dividend
share issuances

 

Prudential plc (the "Company") confirms that the share repurchase programme
that was announced on 15 December 2025 and commenced on 15 December 2025 (the
"Programme") has now completed.

 

Since the commencement of the Programme, the Company has repurchased 2,197,669
ordinary shares in aggregate at a volume weighted average price of 1118.2830
pence per ordinary share for a total consideration of approximately £24.6m.
