PRUDENTIAL FUNDING (ASIA) PLC 2023 INTERIM REPORT

 

Prudential Funding (Asia) Plc (the Company) was incorporated on 7 February
2023. On 2 March 2023 the Company's ultimate parent entity, Prudential plc,
transferred all of its listed borrowings to the Company. Following this
transfer, in accordance with the requirements for an issuer of listed debt
securities, Prudential Funding (Asia) plc's interim report and accounts for
the period from initial incorporation to 30 June 2023 have today been
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where they will shortly be
available for inspection at:
