Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., the leading government relations, public affairs and strategic communications group, announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will today, 25 April 2025, be published on the Company's website at https://pphcompany.com/. The AGM will be held at the offices of Burson Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom, on 15 May 2025 at 10:00 A.M. BST. Additionally, the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2024 has been published on the PPHC website https://pphcompany.com/ today, 25 April 2025, and will be posted to shareholders shortly, in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
