Presentation via Investor Meet Company

 

Public Policy Holding Company (AIM: PPHC), the US-based government relations
and public affairs group providing clients with a fully integrated and
comprehensive range of services including government and public relations,
research and digital campaigns, will be presenting via the Investor Meet
Company platform on Wednesday, 8 March 2023 at 12:30pm (GMT).

 

The presentation follows the announcement today of the acquisition of
MultiState Associates for an initial consideration of $22 million (the
"Acquisition"). It will enable existing and prospective investors the
opportunity to listen to management discuss the acquisition, PPHC's
operations, growth strategy, and recent financials as provided in today's
Acquisition announcement.

 

It will be hosted by Simon Lee, Non-Executive Chair, Stewart Hall, Chief
Executive Officer and Thomas Gensemer, Chief Strategy Officer. There will be
an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the meeting.  Questions can be
submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am (GMT)
the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation. The
presentation is scheduled to last approximately one hour.
