Director Transfer of Shareholding

 

Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., the government relations and public
affairs group providing clients with a fully integrated and comprehensive
range of services, has been notified that on 16 April 2024 Mr. Simon Lee,
Non-Executive Chairman of the Company has transferred his entire holding of
204,824 shares of Common Stock $0.001 par value in the Company for nil
consideration to his wife.

 

Following this transaction Simon Lee holds no shares in the Company, however
including the shares held by his wife his beneficial interest remains
unchanged at 249,824, representing approximately 0.2 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
