PDMR Dealings

PPHC, a leading global strategic communications provider offering a
comprehensive range of advisory services in the areas of Government Relations,
Public Affairs and Corporate Communications, announces that in connection with
the Company's IPO on the Nasdaq Global Market on 28 January 2026, certain
Directors and senior employees (PDMRs) sold 152,018 of the 750,000 shares of
common stock offered by existing shareholders. The total offering was
comprised of 4,150,000 shares of common stock.
