Result of AGM

 

Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., ("PPHC", the "Group" or the "Company"),
the government relations and public affairs group providing clients with a
fully integrated and comprehensive range of services, announces that at its
Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held at 3pm BST today, all resolutions were
passed.

 

The result of the poll voting, including all proxies, is detailed below:

 to the Company, and authority for the Board to set the auditors' remuneration
 3. William Chess, being a Class II director in accordance with the Company's    50,694,111  99.29%  365,000  0.71%    -
 Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation (the "Certificate") be
 elected as a Director of the Company for a term expiring at the third
 succeeding annual meeting of stockholders after this election, in accordance
 with the Certificate.
 4. Benjamin Ginsberg, being a Class II director in accordance with the          50,694,111  99.29%  365,000  0.71%    -
 Company's Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation (the
 "Certificate") be elected as a Director of the Company for a term expiring at
 the third succeeding annual meeting of stockholders after this election, in
 accordance with the Certificate.
