Share Cancellation and TVR

Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., (Nasdaq: PPHC) (AIM: PPHC), a leading
global strategic communications provider offering a comprehensive range of
advisory services in the areas of government relations, corporate
communications and public affairs, announces that an application has been made
to cancel 4,794 common shares of $0.001 each in the Company ("Common Shares")
following the departure of two employees and the subsequent forfeiture of
shares previously issued in connection with their employment agreements. The
cancellation is expected to take place on or around 25 March 2026.

Total Voting Rights

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company's total issued and
voting share capital upon admission will consist of 28,928,777 Common Shares.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, securities of the Company.
