BUZZ-UK's Pulsar Group tumbles on tax payments dispute
** Shares of British SaaS firm Pulsar Group PULS.L fall 8.9% to 25.5p
** Co says it is in regular discussions with the UK tax authority regarding the timing of certain VAT and other tax payments
** Pulsar and unit ResponseSource are the subject of a winding-up petition from the government, a legal measure often used to recover unpaid tax liabilities, co says
** Adds substantial payments have already been made, expects remaining amounts to be settled through normal cash collections
** Underlying trading position remains stable, and business is operating as normal - PULS
** Including session's losses, stock down ~34% YTD
