rise as much as 6% to 244.80 rupees
    ** Co says it recorded its highest annual and quarterly
sales; FY24 sales up 90% Y/Y and Q4 sales up by 93% Y/Y
    ** Says its avg price realisation increased by 2% to 7,916
rupees/sft during FY24
    ** Stock trading above its 200-day simple moving avg since
June 14, 2023
    ** More than 273,000 shares traded, more than half of their
30-day moving avg
    ** PURA stock up 27% YTD; Nifty realty index  .NIFTYREAL  up
18.5% YTD
