** Co's pre-sales jump 62% y/y to 21.36 billion rupees ($224.22 million) in second quarter of FY27
** Customer collections rose 24% y/y to 13.01 billion rupees in Q2, while sales area grew 22% y/y
** Co adds projects with estimated gross development value of 89 billion rupees during quarter, taking total additions in H1FY27 to 141 billion rupees
** YTD stock down 11.33%
