** Real estate developer reports 190% year-on-year jump in fourth-quarter sales to 35.47 billion rupees ($380.3 million)

** Co plans to launch 30 projects over next 24 months with gross development value (GDV) of over 550 billion rupees

** Trading vols at 1.27 mln shares, about 3x the 30-day vols of 420,362 shares

** YTD stock down 18.4%
