India's Puravankara surges on over three-fold jump in Q3 profit

** Shares of Puravankara  PURA.NS  rise as much as 13% to
249.4 rupees, highest since May 23, 2008
    ** Real-estate developer's Q3 consol net profit rises more
than three-fold to 777.9 mln rupees ($9.4 mln), rev from ops up
46% Y/Y
    ** Co posts profit after two consecutive quarters of loss
    ** PURA trading above its 100-day and 200-day simple moving
averages since June
    ** Stock gained over 103% in 2023 vs an 81% rise in the
Nifty Realty Index  .NIFTYREAL
