** Shares of Pure Resources  PR1.AX  rise as much as 74.4%
to A$0.150, their biggest percentage gain since Nov 21, 2023
    ** Stock hits its highest level since Jan 16
    ** The diversified explorer says it secured an option to
acquire the Reedy Creek garnet project in Western Australia
    ** About 4.9 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of around 27,000
    ** Stock trims YTD losses to 35.3%, including session's
moves
