PVP Ventures Limited Announces GDR Delisting
PVP Ventures Limited hereby gives notice that it is applying to the UK Listing Authority /London Stock Exchange to cancel the Standard Listing of PVPs Regulation S Global Depository Receipts (Regulation S GDRs) due to relatively low liquidity for its following securities:
PVP: ISIN US6936641041 (BK05)
PVP: ISIN US6936642031 (PVP)
(together the GDRs) on the Official List maintained by the UKLA and trading on LSE Main Market of its GDRs with effect from 8.00 a.m. on March 29, 2016.
The Deposit Agreements relating to the GDRs have been terminated and the Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, the Depository shall not create any new GDRs. The Depository has already circulated the termination Notice dated October 28, 2015 to all the GDR holders.
After cancellation of the listing of the GDRs, PVPs equity shares will continue to be traded in India on the NSE and BSE.
