NSX Announcement - Halt in Trading

 

 

PYX Resources Limited (NSX: PYX | LSE: PYX) advises that the National Stock
Exchange of Australia ("NSX") has today placed all securities in the Company
under an immediate Trading Halt as a result of the Company failing to lodge
its Preliminary Financial Statements for 31 December 2025, pursuant to NSX
Listing Rule 2A, 6.11.

The securities of the Company will be reinstated to official quotation once it
has satisfied its obligations according to the NSX Listing Rules.
