 * Co will acquire 94.286% of the shareholding in HKCX for a total consideration 
of RMB 66 million 
 * Co entered into binding mou with Peng Hui Chang ,Peng Jian Chang , Guo Yu Chun and Shenzhen New Perfect Industry Co., Ltd. 
 * Mou to acquire equity interest of 47.14% in Shenzhen New Perfect Dental 
Research Co., Ltd.
