14 April 2026 -QinetiQ Group plc ('QinetiQ') has been notified that Steve
Mogford, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, will succeed Andy Martin
as Chairman of the Board of Intertek Group plc, a Company Listed on the London
Stock Exchange following their Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2026.
