 * Foods-profit warning  1583.HK  
 * Expects decline in the revenue and gross profit of the group for HY ended 30 
   June 2016 by approximately 10% and 7% respectively 
 * Expected result as group did not engage in any sales and marketing campaign 
   of a scale similar to that in HY 2015 
 * Expets profit attributable to shareholders for HY would be approximately 
   RMB19 million, representing a decrease
