Australia's Qualitas rises after securing new offshore commitment

** Shares of Qualitas  QAL.AX  rise as much as 2.7% to
A$2.310, set for their best day since June 14, if gains hold
    ** The real estate investment manager secures commitment of
up to A$300 mln ($199.44 mln) from a unit of the Abu Dhabi
Investment Authority
    ** Co says latest commitment brings total committed capital
of Qualitas Diversified Credit Investments to A$1.67 bln
    ** Stock has fallen 3.9% this year, as of last close
