Qualitas Limited is an Australian alternative real estate investment management company. The Company offers a range of investment solutions for institutional, wholesale and retail clients. It offers flexible capital solutions for its partners, creating long term value for shareholders and the communities in which it operates. The Company is focused on real estate private credit, opportunistic real estate private equity, income-producing commercial real estate and build-to-rent residential. The Company has two segments: Funds Management and Direct Lending. The Funds Management segment includes all the Company’s core funds management activities and includes funds management fees, performance fees and other fee income. It also includes dividends and distributions from its co-investment and direct lending activities. The Direct Lending segment relates to the interest income and expenses relating to activities undertaken by its wholly owned subsidiaries Arch Finance and Peer Estate.
