Director / PDMR Shareholding

Quantum Helium Limited (AIM: QHE) announces that Non-Executive Director Graham Duncan has informed the Company that on 22 April 2026 he purchased 17,000,100 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 0.032 pence per share.

Following these trades, Graham Duncan has a beneficial interest in 117,250,717 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.23% of the current total voting rights of the Company.

Note: The figure used to determine the Company's current total voting rights reflects the enlarged share capital following the announcement on 17 April 2026 of a £5 million institutional placing and the issue of 16,666,666,667 new ordinary shares, resulting in total voting rights of 49,985,396,722.
