** Shares of retail firm  QRTEA.O  down 20.4% at $1.68
    ** Co appoints Bill Wafford as CFO, effective March 20
    ** Joins from Everlane, where he is the CFO since February
2022
    ** James Hathaway, who served as interim CFO, will become
CFO of QVC US, co's largest business unit 
    ** Shares of QRTEA fell 78.5% in 2022
