Australia's QX Resources falls on discounted share placement

** Shares of QX Resources  QXR.AX  fall as much as 4.3% to
A$0.045, marking their worst week since Feb 25, if losses hold  
    ** Co raises A$2.85 mln ($2.09 mln) at an issue price of
A$0.038 per share, a 19.1% discount to its close on March 4,
when the stock last traded  
    ** Stock on track for biggest intraday percentage loss since
March 8
    ** Stock up more than double this year, as of last close
