NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

R8 Capital Investments PLC announces that it has published its Annual Report
& Accounts for the period ending 31 December 2023 and its Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00 am on 2 December 2024 at the offices of
Locke Lord (UK) LLP, 201 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 3AB‎.

The Company notes the Qualified opinion provided by the auditor. The Company
draws your attention to the paragraph "Basis for qualified opinion" on page 18
of the Annual Report & Accounts.

The Annual Report & Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting (the
"Notice") and a form of proxy for use at the AGM have been posted or otherwise
made available to shareholders.
