NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice")
is being posted to and made available to shareholders today on the Company's
website https://www.r8plc.com/.

The Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will take place on
Thursday 11 December 2025 at ‎10:00am at the offices of Troutman Pepper
Locke UK LLP, Second Floor, 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AB, United
Kingdom‎.

A copy of the proposed new articles of association to be adopted by the
Company is being made available on the Company's website and the Company's
Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2024
continue to be available on the Company's website at
www.r8plc.com/investors/results-reports-presentations.

Shareholders are encouraged to register their votes on all the resolutions
contained in the AGM Notice in accordance with the notes set out in the AGM
Notice as early as possible.

A copy of the AGM Notice is being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism
and will shortly be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
