** IT services provider R Systems' RSYS.NS shares rise 5.6% to 302.5 rupees

** Q1 net profit rises to 654.1 million rupees  ($6.93 million)from 385.9 million rupees last year

** Revenue climbs to 5.75 billion rupees vs 4.24 billion rupees, a year earlier

     ** "We have entered Q2 2026 with strong deal momentum, a growing client base," CEO Nitesh Bansal says

** RSYS trades at a forward 12-month PE of 14.7 vs industry median of 18.94

** YTD, stock down 24.5% vs a 23.1% decline in the Nifty IT Index .NIFTYIT
